Concerning the Redondo Beach Police firing range lead bullet fragment issues.

I understand your office has chosen not to seek criminal charges against the City of Redondo concerning this matter.

Can you outline the charges the DTSC has requested your office pursue?

Can you also outline the reasons charges will not be filled?

Can you explain what if anything your office will be doing to mitigate the issues .

We as citizens have no way to ensure that the city of Redondo Beach is complying and/or continues to comply with the lead free frangible ammunition.
